Cilantro lime dressing

Toss this homemade cilantro lime dressing with cabbage slaw mix for a tangy side dish. Or drizzle over tacos or quesadillas.
Serves 16
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups 1 percent cottage cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 whole limes, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
